The polished steel griddle plate is ³⁄₄-inch thick, ensuring even cooking of food. For cleaning underneath, the manually ignited burners have removable cast iron grates, and both ovens include one shelf that can be adjusted as needed. It has front-located temperature knobs, which are useful for adjusting any of these features.

The Migali C-RO6-24GL-LP six burner gas range has a rear backsplash that prevents grease and food particles from splattering on the kitchen wall. For cleaning, the oven's interior is porcelain enameled, while the stainless steel exterior is corrosion resistant and durable for use in commercial kitchens.
