It has a self-contained refrigeration system that is operated with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Controlled and monitored digitally, this unit maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it is mounted on casters, it is mobile for use anywhere in the kitchen, and its stainless steel construction can withstand the high-volume use of a commercial kitchen.
