They are designed to make it easy to slide pots across the sections or onto the landing ledge. Plus, with an anti-clogging pilot, the grates are protected from grease and debris for safe use.

The unit has a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams and a 5" large landing edge ideal for plating. The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands for added safety. It also has a full width removable crumb tray for easy cleaning at the end of the day. Complete with 4" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet, this unit can easily be placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. A natural gas connection is required for operation.
